Oasis Supplies FZC ("we", "us") operates CV Scorer, an AI-powered CV analysis service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using CV Scorer you agree to this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Email address — used to identify your analysis and contact you about your report.
• CV content — text extracted from the PDF or Word file you upload.
• Target role & industry — selections you make to tailor your analysis.
• Payment metadata — Stripe handles your card data; we only see transaction ID, status, amount, and currency.

3. How we use your information

Your CV text and selections are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) solely to generate your personalised analysis. The output is stored against your analysis ID so you can return to view or download your report. We do not sell, rent, or share your CV content with third parties for marketing.

4. Third-party processors

• OpenAI & Anthropic — AI providers used to analyse your CV. Their data-handling terms apply to the snippets sent to them.
• Stripe — processes your payment (AED 9.99 trial fee, then AED 49/month, or AED 240/year) securely. Card details never reach our servers.

5. Data retention

We retain your analysis and CV text for as long as your account or report link is active so you can re-download your report. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us — see section 8.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. We follow industry-standard safeguards, but no online service is 100% secure — please use a strong password and do not share your report link with strangers.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing operations@oasis-supplies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
